7.3 例題(1) It is not the rough and stormy sea that is most perilous to the ship. It is the dangerous rock-bound shore. When a ship is safely laden and fully manned, she is as safe on the sea as in a harbour. It is when she leaves the shore on departing and reaches it on returning, that she runs the risk of shipwreck.
